The core of our business is retained executive search, most often director and vice president level positions.   With expertise in executive assessment and succession planning, we are able to help our clients look beyond current position requirements to select candidates who also bring long term value and additional bench strength to the existing team.

In some cases, our turnkey services can be unbundled to provide custom solutions that address specific hiring needs.   This cost saving approach to search is ideally suited to mid-management positions, multi-hire plans, internal staff support, or other unique situations.

We work closely with hiring managers and key decision makers to develop the right strategy and deliver successful results.  Throughout the project, we strive for open communication by sharing information and listening to client feedback.    We respond to market conditions and adjust our methodology to align our services with the needs of each client.

Understand Your Needs
The foundation of a successful search is built upon a full understanding of your business. We will develop in-depth knowledge of your organization and company culture. The scope, responsibilities and requirements of the position will be discussed in detail. What we learn will be documented in a complete position description that can be shared with the interested candidates.
Research The Marketplace
We will develop a target list of companies and identify potential sources to locate qualified candidates. Your industry relationships with customers, suppliers and competitors are carefully considered. We professionally present the opportunity to the market place, soliciting interest and/or referrals from a broad range of contacts.
Assess the Fit
We personally meet with qualified candidates to further assess the match between their skills, values, and interests with the requirements of the position and company culture. Assessments are based on indepth interviews, credential verification, and references. Only the best candidates are presented for your internal interview process.
Negotiate a Solution
Once a final candidate has been selected, we will work with you to present an attractive offer, obtain an acceptance, and ensure a smooth employment transition. We will follow up with both you and the new hire to ensure the viability of a long-term match.
